At my multi-state restaurant company, we have a typical non frat policy for our managers. A staff member reported an incident where a manager found her on Facebook and started sending her notes through Messenger, asking her out. When we interviewed her, she told us about the messages and then shared the following: “The only only that really bothers me about this whole thing is that of all of the cute managers on the team, the ugliest one asked me out.”
